My Thoughts:

The Clockwork Prince is the second book in the Infernal Devices series, the story is set in the Victorian era, London. This book picks up where the first book Clockwork Angel left off. 

The search of the magister where about continue in this book and Tessa still help the Shadowhunter by using her power to change shape; she also still try her best to find out what she is precisely; and why the Magister created her or what he want with her power.

Tessa believe that if she knew what she is then they will know how to stop the Magister and to find the key for all the mysteries around him. After what William did to her in the roof in the last book Tessa start to avoid him while growing closer Jemas. She considers Jemas to be her friend but he want more than friendship. I have to say that since the first book, I am in Jemas team I really wanted her to chose Jemas over William I really liked his personality and values but the more I discover about Will’s past the more I see how noble he is and now I don’t know if she should be with Will or Jem.

Overall, this book is better than the first one. In short, clockwork Prince is an exciting sequel and the story developments make for a truly addictive read. I loved it and I am looking forward to the Third book and I have to say I don’t want to wait till December 2012 to read the Clockwork Princess it’s a year from now but I don’t have any choice but to wait :(
